While prioritizing safety through proper mechanics, & thriving off of a group-atmosphere, we run coach-led CrossFit classes focusing on strength, conditioning, weightlifting, gymnastics, & functional fitness. We also run instructor-led, group yoga classes, offering recovery & power flows focusing on strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, mindful-breathing, body-awareness, & more. We are an inclusive, judgment-free community made up of members on all parts of the fitness/flexibility-spectrum; we will meet you wherever you’re at in your journey & abilities. We promote a welcoming training/exercise environment; anybody & any body can fit in here.
